1. Who we are
This website, noventechsolutions.com, is operated by Noventech Solutions LLP ("Noventech", "we", "us"), Office no 201-8, Space 31, Khadi Machine Chowk, Pune 411048, India. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), Noventech decides why and how personal data collected through this website is processed.
Privacy requests and complaints: info@noventechsolutions.com.
2. What we collect
2.1 What you give us
- "Book a call" form: your name, email address, company name, and the service you are interested in.
- Direct contact: anything you send us by email or phone, or by messaging us on Instagram or LinkedIn, including your contact details and message.
2.2 What is collected automatically
- Server logs: our hosting provider's servers record technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, to keep the site running and secure.
- Analytics (only if you accept): if you accept analytics in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 records how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). It is not loaded if you reject. See the Cookie Policy.
- Files loaded from other servers: to display, the site loads software libraries and an icon stylesheet from unpkg.com, a public content delivery network. When your browser fetches them, unpkg receives your IP address and browser details. We do not send it anything else.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call or discussion about our services.
- To prepare proposals and, if you become a client, to deliver and administer the services.
- To keep the website secure and working, and (with your consent) to understand how it is used.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations if you become a client.
We do not send marketing emails unless you separately and expressly agree. Submitting an enquiry is not consent to marketing. If you tick the optional marketing box on the form, you can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.
4. Basis for processing
We process data on the basis of your consent (for example when you submit the form after reading the notice beside it, or accept analytics) and for the limited "legitimate uses" the DPDP Act allows, such as responding to a request you have made to us. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect what we did before.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers that help us run the website and business:
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| GoDaddy (web hosting) | Hosting the website | Server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) |
| Google (Google Sheets and Apps Script) | Receiving and storing form enquiries in a spreadsheet | Name, email, company, service interest, time of submission |
| Google (Google Analytics 4) | Visit statistics, only if you accept analytics | Usage data and device identifiers |
| unpkg.com (content delivery network) | Delivering site code libraries and icons | IP address and browser details |
| Instagram (Meta) and LinkedIn | Only if you choose to contact us there. The site links to them | Governed by their own privacy policies |
We may also disclose information where required by law or a lawful request from an authority.
6. Transfers outside India
Google and unpkg operate servers in several countries, so your data may be processed outside India. We use these providers because they are needed to run the site and handle enquiries.
7. How long we keep it
- Form enquiries: deleted from our spreadsheet 3 months after you submit, unless you become a client or ask us to keep it.
- Client records: kept for as long as needed to deliver the services and to meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
- Analytics data: kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account (see Cookie Policy for cookie lifetimes).
- Your cookie choice: kept for 12 months, then we ask again.
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to people who need it to respond. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may, subject to its conditions:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw consent as easily as you gave it;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated;
- use our grievance process, and complain to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.
To make a request, email info@noventechsolutions.com from the address you used to contact us. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Grievance contact: the Grievance Officer, Noventech Solutions LLP, info@noventechsolutions.com. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.
If you are outside India, other rights may apply under your local law.
10. Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy.
12. Changes
